Late 19th Century Louis XVI style antique marble fireplace surround in rouge marble. The twin thickness rectangular shelf is set above a panelled frieze with applied Belgium black marble lozenges which is flanked by a pair of square capitals also with black marble lozenges supported on moulded and fluted corbels above panelled jambs decorated as the frieze.
