Our standard delivery charge is FREE on all orders to the UK mainland.
All our deliveries are fully insured and are carried out either by ourselves or by independent couriers who specialise in the transportation of antiques and they are very familiar with handling our fireplaces.
Standard deliveries are usually carried out within 7-14 days from order, unless the item requires restoration, in these cases, we will advise you of the expected timeline. We will always endeavour to be as flexible as possible to meet those inevitable tight deadlines. Equally, if you are not ready to receive your fireplace we will be happy to hold the fireplace for a pre-agreed time until your home is ready.
For areas outside the UK mainland and all international deliveries we offer competitive shipping rates, please contact us for a quote.
Alternatively, we can also accommodate collections by prior arrangement.
With our standard delivery service, there will be one driver, we suggest you have at least one other person with you to assist. The driver will to the best of their ability assist with moving the Goods to your chosen ground floor location.
