Reclaimed Victorian painted slate fireplace surround with simple geometric corbels supporting the shelf with an ogee moulded edge. Circa 1890.
The surround retains its original faux marble paint effect finish with expected signs of wear and use. We can restore and enhance this finish, or we can strip it back to reveal the natural slate. Please enquire details and examples of past work.
